Jason J. Hauk is the Owner and a seasoned professional whose leadership is grounded in discipline, service, and real-world experience. A retired U.S. Army MEDEVAC pilot, Jason served for 22 years after joining the military in 1990 and is a proud Iraq War veteran. Following his retirement from active duty, he transitioned into the roofing industry in 2012, where he has continued to build a reputation for reliability and integrity.
Jason holds an MBA from Texas A&M University–Central Texas, complementing his hands-on industry knowledge with strong business acumen. He currently resides in Spring, Texas, where he is an active member of the community.
Outside of work, Jason is a dedicated father to his two children, Brianna and Jayden. He values quality time with family, whether it’s golfing with his daughter on the weekends or spending summer days at the lake jet skiing and cooking. He also has a passion for travel, particularly exploring countries throughout Central and South America, and is deeply committed to giving back—donating both time and resources to support underprivileged children.
Corey Deal is a seasoned professional whose leadership is shaped by decades of military service, discipline, and a strong commitment to others. He retired from the U.S. Army in 2013 after 25 years of service, serving as a paratrooper and taking part in Operation Just Cause in Panama. His time in the military instilled a foundation of accountability, resilience, and teamwork that continues to influence his approach to both life and business.
Following his military career, Corey transitioned into the roofing industry in 2020, where he has applied his work ethic and leadership skills to deliver dependable, high-quality service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Post University, strengthening his practical experience with a solid business foundation.
Corey resides in the Harmony neighborhood of Spring, Texas, with his wife of 29 years, Michelle. He is a proud father to four sons—Dakota, Mason, Trey, and Caiden—and values the time spent with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and hunting, and spending time with his two dogs, Comet and Sadie. Corey is also a strong advocate for veterans, remaining actively committed to supporting those who have served.
Nick S. Adamson is a seasoned roofing professional based in Spring, Texas, where he lives in the Spring Trails community. Originally from Corpus Christi, Nick brings both technical expertise and a strong work ethic shaped by his upbringing—his father, Richard Adamson, served as the Lead Architect and Construction Manager for Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi.
Nick is a Certified CertainTeed ShingleMaster, demonstrating his commitment to quality craftsmanship and industry-leading standards. Outside of work, he is a dedicated family man, married for 28 years to his high school sweetheart, Lindsy, who serves as President of the York Junior High Booster Club. Together, they have three sons—Brayden, Ryland, and Easton—and a boxer named Braxton.
When he’s not on the job, Nick enjoys spending time outdoors as an avid bow hunter and fisherman, bringing the same patience and precision to his hobbies as he does to his work.
Colby Biddell is a 24-year-old Texas native, originally from Channelview and now proud to call Magnolia home. Deeply rooted in his values, Colby is a devoted family man who prioritizes faith, integrity, and building meaningful relationships. As a Christian and patriot, he approaches life with a strong sense of purpose and commitment to his community.
Outside of his professional life, Colby enjoys making the most of his time outdoors. He’s an avid angler who appreciates the patience and discipline that come with time on the water, and he rarely misses a chance to support his favorite team as a dedicated Texans fan. At home, he’s a proud dachshund dad and enjoys the everyday moments that come with it.
Colby also has a passion for travel and values experiences that allow him to explore new places and create lasting memories. He shares his life with his girlfriend, a dental assistant in the Magnolia/Woodforest area, and together they are focused on building a strong future grounded in shared values, hard work, and mutual support.
