Yet another approved insurance claim from hail damage, flipped into an amazing roof project. One of the most pleasurable jobs as this husband/wife team were 2 of the most outgoing, nicest & happiest customers I have met to date! I love my job as I enjoy driving around to all my roof projects, admiring our work. But man, it makes it all the more enjoyable when you get to do a kick butt roof project like this for such an amazing & grateful customer.

This homeowner originally reached out to us due to an active roof leak. During our inspection, we discovered a hole completely through the roofing system and decking, along with evidence of clear hail damage across the roof. Instead of offering a repair, we walked her through the insurance process, helped get her claim approved for a full roof replacement, and installed a temporary tarp to protect the home while the claim was reviewed.
Once approved, we completed the full roof installation and addressed the interior repairs as well—protecting the home from start to finish. Many homeowners feel hesitant about filing an insurance claim, but there’s no reason to be. Insurance is something you pay for, and it should be utilized. Paying a deductible is far more manageable than covering the cost of a full roof out of pocket.
