We have a 30 year roof so at 15 years it was beginning to fade and look really bad. So I called 3 roofing companies for their advice and pricing. The first 2 came out and inspected the roof with drones and were close to the same square footage and price. When Nick with Hauk roofing came out I asked if he was using a drone and he said I walk the roof for the inspection. After an hour he came down and said we had hail damage ,and I couldn’t think back when had any. But he had a way to go back and show me the time frame when the hail came through. He walked us through the process of working with the insurance company and when they came out to inspect Nick was here to help answer any questions they had. In 2 weeks we had the go ahead to replace the entire roof, dings in gutters and garage doors. When I called Nick and said we were approved ,we started talking about timeframe to start. I told him for us Christmas week was better for us because we were going out of town, and he said perfect. Great people to deal with. I personally didnt use them my neighbor did. However, Adam was very personally came over to tell me what was going on and then they would follow up and clean up debris in our yard from next door. So pleased with Hauk Roofing. This whole process was so easy. Corey talked us through insurance process, then when work started we knew what to expect. And yes, Katy made friends with Corey making sure he was making her home a safe place! Treats involved as she’s picky who she makes friends with! We love the look and color of shingle and know it will last for many years. We also learned it’s a best practice to get your roof inspected, if not yearly, but at least every 5 years!
